Delivery
If an item is out of stock we will contact the customer and inform them of when the item will be delivered. Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. If you require this please contact us.
Payment is cash cheque,bank transfer,paypal or credit card.
Goods only sent to cardholders address. we require an authorised signature on delivery, normally by FEDEX. So please make sure there will be someone available to receive the goods. If there is a problem we can arrange the goods to be delivered to you when it is convenient for you.

Returns
Returns policy; faulty goods credited or replaced.
Cancellation Rights
If you order over the phone, by post you have the legal right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order simply email us at dave@jaz-d.com or call us on 01485 570402 or 07795 144209 with your order details and we will cancel your order with immediate affect. A full refund will be given for all cancelled orders that have yet to be delivered unless the order is being worked on. If you have received your goods and wish to return them, please follow our returns policy.
